The Incredible Egg
Eggzactly how does an egg become a chick? Students can learn by exercise or observation with this popular teaching package. Designed to be used either independently or sequentially, the 4 lessons in the curriculum also address the part of an egg and its nutritive value, all in fun-filled lessons that incorporate science, language arts and math skills. The teacher manual includes lesson plans, camera-ready student handouts and information on additional resources. The curriculum was developed with assistance from the American Egg Board. Hatching chicks in the classroom can increase student interest in their "eggciting" curriculum.

You are responsible for picking up equipment the week before you set your eggs and returning the cleaned equipment after the eggs have hatched. I will deliver the eggs to the office at your school on the afternoon before or the day you are going to put them in the incubator.
Session 1 - Eggs can be set on September 6 & 7 to hatch the week of Sept. 28.
Session 2 - Eggs can be set on Feb. 22 & 23 or Feb. 28 & Mar. 1 and will hatch the week of Mar. 13 or Mar. 20. Incubators must be returned either before or during spring break.
Session 3 - Eggs can be set on April 4 or 5 to hatch the week of April 25. Incubators must be returned by Fri., April 28 so they can be taken to schools registered for Session 4 on Mon., May 2
Session 4 - Eggs can be set on May 2 & 3 to hatch the week of May 22.
I have total of 11 incubators available during each session.
