If so, you'll want to check out the newly revised web site for the C. Wayne Ellett, Plant and Pest Diagnostic Clinic. Dan Digman, Entomology, has completely revised the site to include information on how to take and send samples, fees and forms, and additional background information about the Clinic.     • Additionally, if your school, agency, or youth group interested in obtaining seeds, tools, and equipment to support a youth garden project? If your answer is "YES," your group may be eligible for the 2003 Youth Garden Grants Program. In January 2003, NGA will award grants to 400 winning programs, with 100 grants going to start-up youth gardens and 300 grants awarded to established youth gardens.
