The GrapevineFruit Tips
Pruning
If you haven’t completed your pruning yet, now is the time to get busy
and get it done!If you missed our pruning clinic, give me a call or stop by. We have a fact sheet on pruning mature trees, and have printed an old publication which provides good information for getting started. With trees behind in development, you still have an opportunity to get the job done. If your trees haven’t been pruned for several years, at least get some pruning done this year.

If you need spray charts and product information, stop by the Extension
Office and pick up a copy of the Backyard Fruit Spray Guide (Cost $5). This
is an excellent publication which will provide you with spray application
information, spray charts for each of the tree fruits, and product
information, as well as application safety. We also have several
fact sheets which would be helpful. If you wish to try to grow fruit organically,
give me a call. We have several helpful tip sheets, as well as an
