Annual State Master Gardener Conference Traditionally, a state-wide annual Master Gardener Conference is scheduled in Ohio. However, in years when Ohio hosts the Tri-State conference, the state conference may not be held in lieu of the Ohio Tri-State conference. The state conference alternates between the Columbus/Central Ohio area every other year, and one of the Extension Districts. The counties in the district will determine the primary host county. The State Conference usually takes place in September/October and is usually one to two days in length.
2003 - No State Conference
Ohio has teamed up with Kentucky and Indiana to schedule a biennial Tri-State Conference. The conference is usually held in July and is two to three days in length.
2008 - University of Kentucky The International Master Gardener Conference is held every other year.
