Field Trip to the Governor's Mansion in Bexley, Ohio

 Time:  Leaving from Marysville at 9:15 am. (Carpool)

The tour of the Governor's Mansion will begin at 10:30 am.  A guided tour of the gardens at the Governor's Residences. The gardens showcase Ohio's native plants, representing the 5 physiographic regions of the state.  After the tour, we will take a short ride to Franklin Park Conservatory for lunch at their garden cafe. The price for lunch ranges from $3-$8 (your expense). Next stop, also downtown, will be a short visit to the Topiary Garden in the Ohio Deaf School Park. The garden has won many awards and has been featured in a variety of garden magazines.
