Learn how to plan healthy, tasty, easy-to-prepare meals - food demos and samples to taste. Receive nutrition, exercise and diabetes-related medical test information. A program for seniors with diabetes and their families funded through the Union County Senior Services Sales Tax. Pre-registration required by April 24.
